These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the InvoiceFlow mobile application ("the App"), developed and maintained by GiveMeMood ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Our website is givememood.com. The App is available on Google Play.
1. About the App
InvoiceFlow is a local-first mobile application for creating invoices, managing clients, tracking expenses, and organizing business finances. All data is stored exclusively on your device. The App is intended for freelancers, small business owners, and professionals.
2. Free Trial
2.1 Trial Period
InvoiceFlow offers a 7-day free trial that begins automatically when you first set up the App. During the trial period, you have full access to all features at no cost.
2.2 Trial Limitations
- The free trial is available once per device
- The trial period is 7 calendar days from the moment of first setup
- The trial cannot be paused, extended, or restarted
- Reinstalling the App does not reset the trial period
2.3 After the Trial Ends
When the 7-day trial expires:
- You will no longer be able to create new invoices, clients, or products
- You will no longer be able to edit existing data
- You can still view all your existing data
- You can still share previously created PDF invoices
- You can still export your data archive
- You can still change invoice statuses (e.g., mark as paid)
To regain full access, you must subscribe to one of the paid plans.
3. Subscription Plans
3.1 Available Plans
InvoiceFlow offers two subscription plans:

Prices are in US dollars. Actual prices may vary by country and currency as determined by Google Play.
3.2 What Is Included
Both subscription plans provide identical full access to all App features:
- Unlimited invoices and clients
- All PDF templates
- Multiple business profiles
- Time tracking and expenses
- PDF editor
- Analytics and reports
- Recurring invoices
- Multi-currency support
- Contracts and delivery notes
- Inventory management
- QR code and barcode scanning
- All current and future features
3.3 Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions are auto-renewing. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date. The renewal charge will be applied to your Google Play payment method.
3.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If we increase the price, Google Play will notify you in advance and you will have the option to cancel before the new price takes effect. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.
4. Payment and Billing
4.1 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Google Play. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information (credit card number, billing address, etc.). All billing is governed by Google Play's Terms of Service.
4.2 Receipts
Google Play provides purchase receipts via email. We do not issue separate receipts for subscription payments.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Google Play Store → your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → InvoiceFlow → Cancel subscription
- Or via Google Play subscription management
5.2 After Cancellation
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period
- After it expires, your access level becomes the same as after the trial ends (view-only with export)
- Your data is never deleted — all invoices, clients, and other data remain on your device
- You can re-subscribe at any time to regain full access
5.3 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact Google Play support or reach out to us for assistance.
6. Restore Purchases
If you reinstall the App or switch to a new device, you can restore your active subscription using the "Restore Purchases" button on the subscription screen. Your subscription is linked to your Google account, not to a specific device.
7. Your Data
7.1 Ownership
All data you create in the App (invoices, clients, products, expenses, etc.) belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership or rights over your data.
7.2 Local Storage
All data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data, cannot view it, and cannot recover it if lost. You are responsible for backing up your data using the App's export feature.
7.3 Data Portability
You can export all your data at any time using the App's archive export feature, regardless of your subscription status. This ensures you are never locked out of your own data.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the App to create fraudulent invoices or documents
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent subscription or trial restrictions
- Redistribute or resell the App
9. Disclaimers
9.1 No Financial or Legal Advice
InvoiceFlow is a tool for creating invoices and managing business records. The App does not provide financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice. You are responsible for ensuring your invoices comply with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.
9.2 Accuracy
While we strive to ensure the App calculates amounts correctly, you are responsible for verifying all invoice amounts, tax calculations, and other financial data before sending invoices to your clients.
9.3 "As Is"
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GiveMeMood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the App.
Since all data is stored locally on your device and we do not have access to it, we cannot be held responsible for data loss due to device failure, theft, accidental deletion, or any other cause.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If we make significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the App or other means.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable dispute resolution mechanisms.
